At the embassy

The Korean ambassador held a reception since he was going back to Korea again. We decided he deserved a nice gift! Because he’s invited us several times into his residence and to the embassy. It was pay-back time… but in a nice way. We went to the embassy and gave him our thoughtful gift – a picture of us! And a very nice photo book in English about Sweden, since Mrs embassador told they love to travel around the country.
Then we switched shoes (from killer-heels or something like that, into more comfortable foot-wear) and went to a hotel bar. And since people got hungry, we made our way to Namkang. Mr Kang who owns the place was nice enough to give us lots of freebies – free beer for the guys in the guy-corner and free food plates for all. And karaoke!

Killarna förbereder tavland med fotona på oss. Jag befann mig i skolan och höll en presentation tillsammans med min klasskompis – iklädda kostym och kjol/blus.

Mingel på ambassaden. Här hade folk börjat gå hem så att man kunde röra på sig.

Ambassadörsparet stod uppställda i korridoren framför massa flaggor. Dit kunde man gå och hälsa/buga, eller ställa sig och knäppa bilder. Lite som en turistattraktion? På bild: Jennifer, Annapanna, Mrs Embassador, Mr Embassador, Fjóla, Mathias.
